One of the Toronto’s most celebrated film festivals, ReelHeART provides world wide emerging and established filmmakers with an opportunity to showcase their work to heavy-hitters, tastemakers, film-lovers, and critics in the heart of vibrant city of Toronto, Canada.
ReelHeART premieres a multi-genre slate of 92 exhilarating independent films over six days and nights, followed by legendary after-parties each night where filmmakers receive the VIP treatment and have the opportunity to mix and mingle with their audience. This season in particular, Films, Documentaries, Dance, and Music Related Films have the highest screening scores in the history of ReelHeART.
ReelHeART’s roster of events and programs are tailored to give up-and-coming filmmakers a platform to shine, while established filmmakers showcase their chops. But, all Filmmakers and Screenwriters are put on a level playing field so each can be recognized for their ART, rather than their IMDB credits.
The Festival has helped launch and put the spotlight on the careers of numerous filmmakers from countries such as the UK, Ireland, Japan, Mexico, Argentina, Denmark, USA and Canada.

Great message by the way. While I still go to most festivals in Toronto, I really enjoy coming to ReelHeART because this is where you cross lines and boundaries that are too often present in single themed festivals. Keep it up!
