  • You’ll get to see what a day in the life of Actors and Actresses go through on their audition journey for that perfect role for Film, Print Campaigns and TV Productions.

Bella Grundy With a lifetime of film industry experiences, she decided to launch The Bella Agency, and she has passionately loved being an Agent ever since. “Art has been a way of life since I can remember. From an early age, I made costumes and put on shows on the street to the neighbourhood children. Cha-ching! Art & Biz – I had it going on!” Grundy studied Opera singing for many years and enjoyed playing saucy chambermaid roles.

Involved in the Film Industry for many years, traveling North America in the bean counting department on Feature Films. Grundy can be found at many theatre shows scouting talent. She applauds small theatre company’s who paint a space black, throw up a curtain and put up a show!


Ron Leach is a noted Casting Director, Producer, award-winning Director and Acting Coach. He is one of Canada’s leading casting directors, casting independent film, television, theatre and commercials for clients as diverse as Hallmark, CTV, Anchor Bay, CBS, Paramount, Global Television, and many more.

In the past six years Ron has directed eleven international award-winning short films: Altarcations, Shaky Grounds, Helpline and Profile.

He is the Producer of the acclaimed feature-length documentary film Shurtleff, on the legendary author, teacher, and casting director Michael Shurtleff; and Audition, the four part instructional series on acting; and recently produced the Canadian Premier of Neil LaBute’s In a Forest Dark And Deep at Toronto’s Theatre Passe Muraille.

Ron has served as a festival Juror and Board president; has served as a juror for the International Emmy Awards, the Genie and Gemini Awards and is a regular judge of the Toronto Monologue SLAM.

Ron was Chairman of the Board of Directors to The Talent Representatives Association of Canada; and President of the Board of Directors to Toronto’s Dora Mavor Moore award-winning Acme Theatre Company.

He has taught his acclaimed course of acting skills for the camera at the Stratford Shakespearean Festival; St. Lawrence College, Brockville; Centennial College Film and Video Production Program, The Vancouver Film School; and ACTRA Toronto’s Acting Your Age program.

Ron is a member of the Casting Director’s Society of Canada and The Academy of Canadian Cinema and Television.
